We daily See some women with unmanageable Butts and their walk also changes with extra heavy butts which may have caused due to various causes - natural or due to laziness or lack of exercises. Now a days Our daily routine has also beome such that our physical movement or work has been taken by machines.  We never thought we’d have a ‘mom butt’, but the moment ladies gave birth their butt turned into a marshmallow-ey, jiggly-jello part of their body that they swore wasn’t their ! They actually remember telling their husband, ‘you have to feel this…this is not her butt. what happened?!’

What happened is my body started using my rear end as fat storage to produce breast milk.

So it has slowly been rebuilding our booty over the past few months and wanted to share 6 of my favorite exercises that build, tone and sculpt the glutes!
